Who We Are

Gen3Fifteen is a nonprofit group that seeks to advance a just and virtuous society by partnering with community leaders to implement distinctly Christian solutions to cultural and civil matters.

Our Vision

We desire to see society ordered by a commitment to Christian principles.

What We Do

Below is a short recap of a number of projects we have spearheaded that fall within the paradigm of common good principles in action. Our work is accomplished with a set of mutually reinforcing initiatives that build upon one another to form a pipeline of talent for sustained future growth. You can read more in depth about the pipeline and each project our Initiatives page.

Education

Our educational resources are intended to communicate the great ideas that shaped Western culture and that continue to influence every aspect of modern society. The education gained from our various articles and discussions helps place our overall work in context. The educational process is carried out across a wide spectrum of formats, including workshops, forums, and public lectures. Regardless of the format, our goal is to raise awareness of the need for all citizens to take personal and collective responsibility and to embody virtue within their local communities. Our educational efforts allow us to cast a wide net. We then narrow our focus to two groups that are key to effectuating real change: youth and entrepreneurs.

Formation

Following on the footsteps of the great Christian polymath, Luca Pacioli, we have established the Pacioli Institute, which is focused on shaping the next generation of business owners, professionals, and institutional leaders who will carry a distinctly Christian worldview into their spheres of influence. Through short courses, Skills Events, and logic and leadership modules, we form young people who learn to think clearly and biblically, develop practical skills, and understand vocation and work within a historically Christian paradigm.

Collaboration

As we prepare young adults for the renewal work that lays before them, we simultaneously focus on those Christian men and women who are already on the frontlines, trying to live out their vocation in a God-honoring way. We have created the The Nehemiah Network to connect local Christian business owners and leaders with a vision for making an impact. The Network maintains a Christian business directory that serves as a central resource to refer and promote local Christian businesses and means to encourage dialogue. Network members have access to regular virtual and in-person gatherings and relationship-building events hosted by the Network.

There is strength in numbers. The Nehemiah Network facilitates the relational infrastructure needed to move Network partners from isolation to mutual encouragement and collaboration. It also helps us identify specific organizations that are ready for deeper reform. Without these relationships, formation remains theoretical and reform remain beyond reach.

Implementation

At the implementation stage of the pipeline we capitalize on the rich relationships formed in the Nehemiah Network to effectuate tangible institutional reform. This is where abstract principles become concrete actions. We carefully select Christian business owners for whom we perform an in-depth analysis of their current organizational practices. We then provide a customized values optimization protocol that includes measures the company can take to exemplify a Christian worldview. For example, we may provide the company a package that includes re-codified core values, a restated code of ethics, and a revised employee handbook that better aligns with Christian vs. humanist ethical assumptions. This service is currently an in-house, low-cost program. Our long-term goal is to launch a separate for-profit entity that will offer a broader suite of solutions, including culture audits, leadership support, and executive coaching.

Collaborators

We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with organizations that share our vision to see a Christian worldview reflected in the policies and practices of our institutions. It is our firm conviction that when common good policies are enacted at the local level our communities stand to benefit in ways that ultimately spread to society at large. We desire to see our local efforts replicated all over the country and to build coalitions to work together on areas of common concern. When appropriate we will support satellite groups and hold virtual events to ensure our efforts are aligned.
